Christmas Boarding FAQs

I already have a cage for the pet I wish to buy. Is Christmas Boarding still an option for me?
This depends on the pet you wish to buy; on many of our animals you can purchase the animal and a pay a boarding fee and we will hold them until Christmas Eve. Some pets we are unable to board without the purchase of cage and supplies.

If I decide not to purchase a cage and supplies from Animal Ark American Fork, how much will the boarding fee cost?
Boarding fees are calculated at the time of purchase; the closer we are to Christmas Eve, the less expensive the fee will be. Some pets cost more to board than others. Please call us to inquire about specific pets.

Am I able to board any animal?
We do not offer Christmas Boarding on fish, kittens, or ferrets. With the purchase of cage and supplies, most other pets qualify for free boarding.

Can I pick up my boarded pet before Christmas Eve?
Yes, of course! If you call ahead to let us know when you’d like to pick up — we’ll have your pet ready to go at that time. You’re welcome to show up without giving us a heads up but please expect possible wait times as we are usually very busy this time of year.
